Application Procedures

Applications to the M. Phil. and Ph. D. program in the Department of Chemistry are handled centrally by the University of Hong Kong Graduate School.

You can make application on-line.

For the on-line application, you should have ready your certificates and complete transcripts of your undergraduate and postgraduate studies which will need to be uploaded via the on-line application system. An application fee of $150 applies and can be paid by credit card.

Area of interest and potential supervisor

Before application, you are strongly encouraged to explore the research interests of our Research Supervisors and to communicate with one or more potential supervisors, who will be able to discuss further details about their research programs and their projected number of RPg intakes in the upcoming academic year.
