Please read the following carefully before proceeding to registration.

 

1. Registrations are non-refundable.

 

2. Symposium fee for full participants and student participants includes welcome reception, light lunches, coffee breaks, symposium materials, and a banquet ticket.

 

3. The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register, pay the registration fee and give an oral/poster presentation at the symposium.

 

4.  Delegates are not allowed to share a registration - one registration per delegate. Once an individual has checked in, the registration cannot be transferred to or substituted by another delegate.

 

5. The organizing committee of this event reserves the right of final decision.

 

6. The official language of the conference is English.

Participants who wish to contribute papers are requested to prepare an abstract and CV using the template. Please submit only ONE abstract per participant.

 

Please save the abstract as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx) with the file name format as shown below:
